# The Wild Voice with Peia & Anna Bariyani A space to reclaim the voice as an expression of all life, and the unique essence that lives within us all. Through breath, embodiment, and natural resonance, we return to the voice as a channel of truth, beauty and creative life force. In this session, we’ll explore: Breath meditations & techniques to reconnect with the natural breath cycle—supporting nervous system regulation and the gentle release of trauma held in the body. Somatic & embodiment practices to unblock the singing and speaking voice, awakening your inherent expression of vitality and soul. Techniques to cultivate resonance and volume—projecting your voice with power and presence, without strain or force and Vocal care tools to honor and sustain the health of your voice. We’ll also explore the ancient Norse practice of weaving —sounding with one another, with the land, with water and spirit—learning to listen, harmonize, and attune with the natural world. The Wild Voice is an invitation to open your wild heart and let your voice flow freely—raw, honest, and whole. This is a return to your own unique frequency, a reconnection with the creative force that lives within. As lifelong vocalists and carriers of traditional songs from our own lineages, we are honored to share this space.
